Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal. To obtain designated taper tickets, contact the venue's box office.Īll recordings must be used for personal use or trading only. When taper tickets are available for a particular show, they are released concurrently with general seating tickets. We do not allow still photography or video taping. We sincerely appreciate all of our fans, so we ask that you please be considerate of those around you by not obstructing anyone else's view of the performance. Taping is limited to audio-only, using only microphones.
When Jason Mraz is not headlining a show we always defer to the taping policy of the headliner or the festival. No soundboard or power feeds are provided. Also, for many of these performances tapers are able to purchase tickets for a specially designated taper section, normally located immediately behind the soundboard. At all taping authorized performances, tapers can tape from any ticketed seating location in the venue. We feel that each show is unique and want to offer our fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience through the audio reproduction of our shows. Jason Mraz allows audio taping at almost every live performance.
Update- in early 2003 Jason Mraz posted a new formal policy, most current version at Up on the archives should it somehow get taped. For that reason we would like to notify our taping community inĪdvance and ask that they not tape this show and, for sure, not put the show We will be recording the Chicago show for a cd/dvd to be released later this fall.
